Pelham’s Crossing Exterior Alteration Application
Instructions
- Download and review the above forms
- Use the “file upload” option to upload any pertinent information. Files to include:
- Copy of completed application (Required)
- Copy of site plan (given to you by builder when you purchased your home) (Required)
- Additionally, you may include any sketches, pictures, drawings, clippings, or catalog illustrations that describe the change or modification you want to make
- Please allow 15 business days to process. If you do not hear back after 15 days, please contact the Landmarc offices at (540)371-3406.

In order to streamline the approval process, we are asking for all Exterior Alteration Applications to be submitted through Smartwebs – our online HOA portal.
