Management Update: Vantaca

Invitations to sign up with Vantaca will be sent out during the week of March 4.  If you have not received your invitation yet, it should be arriving soon.

Dear Homeowners, 

We are excited to share an upcoming change that will improve your community association experience! We are proud to announce that we’ve upgraded our management software solution to Vantaca, effective March 1, 2024!

Many of Vantaca’s features lie in their portal offerings for homeowners and Board members. Features of the Homeowner Portal and mobile app include account balance, governing document access, communication tools to include a community calendar, convenient digital payment options, and self-service capability to make architectural requests, amenity reservations when applicable, and more. 

With this change, the method you use to make payment may be impacted. Please read below thoroughly. 

If you currently pay via check, you may continue remitting payments to the lockbox in Phoenix, AZ. Payment coupons will remain valid through the end of 2024. 

If you currently pay via ACH direct debit through Landmarc, there will not be a lapse in payments. Your information was securely transmitted to our new software and will debit between the 2nd-5th of each billing period. 

If you use your bank’s online bill-pay service, please ensure you update your account number after March 1, 2024. You may contact us at [email protected] to obtain your new account number or obtain it from the portal shortly after launch if your association has one.

If you currently pay via our online payment processor ZegoPaylease, your payments will not be processed through Zego after February 25, 2024 and you must arrange a new way to pay. We have partnered with First Citizens Bank to offer an alternative online payment processor, Property Pay, and you will be able to setup your account to make online payments after March 1. We are excited to announce that the previous fee of $3.95 for eCheck payments is being reduced to $1.95 and credit card processing fees are being lowered from 3.5% to 2.95%! 

Regardless of your payment method, we will not be assessing late fees during the month of March to ensure this transition goes smoothly. Late fees will resume on April 1, 2024.
